+ -1 moreI bought this service for my sister, Deb Echeverria. She was happy with the first visit, but not with the follow up work that was to be done. They were no shows for three appointments.
Description of Work: Had the chimney cleaned and inspected for a special price. They were great for that visit. We scheduled work to be done on the chimney for a price around five hundred dollars. They did not come or call for that appointment. We set up two additional appointments, and both times they did not come or bother to call to cancel. When we called we were passed from one person to the next. They always said they were sorry and would be out there the next time. If you just want your chimney cleaned they are fine. But do not count on them for any additional work they recommend.

+ -1 moreI had a really bad experience; it was horrible. He was fairly nice but the work was horrible and he still has some of my money for work undone. I will not use him again in the future.
