He was a nice guy but we were not very happy about the whole thing. They took down the tree in such a way that it damaged the yard pretty badly. They said they were going to lower the branches but they ended up chopping up a part of the tree. It fell and broke the sprinkler system. They did not come to take out the stump which was included in the quote. They used another company. They said that they would not charge us for it. They called and asked us for the money. They have not submitted the bill and so we don?t know what the final amount is. They ended up being delayed. We will not use them in the future.

I called to schedule an estimate and they came the same day. the price was significantly lower than a quote I had gotten prior. They stated a day they would be here to do the work, came that day, completed the work and did an excellent job. No damage, complete cleanup with no problems.
