Bob Miller's Appliance

Kathy, the sales clerk was friendly, attentive and helpful. We were given prices for each item and I told her we would think about it and call her back. Two hours later I call to purchase the items and she informed me that the dishwasher had been sold BEFORE we looked at it and hadn't been marked sold. She said she would search for options and text or call me back the next morning. She didn't. I called to speak to her at 1:00pm and was told that she was with another customer and would call me she when finished. She didn't. And she didn't the following day either. I went there today and she was with another customer. i told a store representative what had happened and he said, "She had been very busy." He said, Can I help you? I said, "No, I purchased one elsewhere." So, when your business is really good, you fail basic principles of customer service. Not good.

They were wonderful at the store because I didn't know what I wanted at the time. They took me to this one washer and dryer which was perfect for me. When they came out to install it, they showed me how to work the appliances, cleaned everything out and ever ran a load for me to show how everything worked. They even cleaned up after their work. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They were very nice to work with, easy to schedule the delivery.

The sales person was very friendly, not pressuring to make a sale and had a lot of knowledge about the various brands of dishwashers. He could explain the features very well. I will consider this store for my next appliance purchase.

Bob Miller's refuses to do ANYTHING AND LIED TO ME. Whirlpool says the "Dishwasher is working as DEFECTIVELY DESIGNED". AND WILL DO NOTHING.

Excellent experience all around in buying a new washer. Great information from the sales staff helped me decide what model would work best for my situation. Prices are exactly what the big box stores are offering. Free delivery and haul away of the old machine was a great benefit. Their delivery guys were just super nice. They were very respectful of the house and me, and put on shoe covers when they came in. Great instruction from the delivery guys about how to use the machine. Overall just a majorly good experience. I will definitely buy from Bob Miller's again.

It is a locally owned appliance dealer and their service is very good. We use him for service and also purchase our appliances from him. I would not hesitate to call him if we have a problem with anything. We have known the owner for quite a while back and it is a well known business. We feel that they are very honest and dependable. We would continue to use them and also recommend them. We think his prices are competitive and he also delivered the dryer when I needed it.
