The repair guy was very knowledgeable about Electrolux appliances and took the time to give me tips about my dryer and washer. He quickly repaired the problem and walked me through what caused the problem. Great customer service and an affordable price. Highly recommend their services.

+ -1 moreA few months later the refrigerator was actually repaired by someone who knew what they were doing. He was not expensive, but did nothing.
Description of Work: He poured water over the bottom of my freezer and said there was nothing more that could be done, that this model would just keep freezing up.

Description of Work: I saw on the internet that Bob's Repair Service was listed as a company that would repair my brand of washing machine. I left them an email and promptly the very next day I was called and was given information about their fees by a very polite person. I made an appointment for them to repair my washer two days later because of my schedule not allowing them to come the next day. Since my schedule changed, I called and asked if they would be able to come a day earlier than originally planned. The nice lady who answers the phone said she would pass the message onto the technician to see if he would be available to come a day earlier for the repair. Not expecting this to change, I was pleasantly surprised when the technician came that same day (earlier than I had arranged). He was prompt, worked quickly, was polite, professional, and fixed the problem. I would definitely give Bob's Repair Service another call should the need arise.

+ -1 moreNot that well! The contractor was difficult to communicate with, and was not in a hurry to complete a job which was very important to us. Ultimately, work was satisfactorily completed -- but it took quite a while.
