+ -1 moreThey screwed up the security system because it didn't work. I had them come out and take it out to put a different one in. They said they didn't do different ones. They stole some kind of a stereo separation system for my house that I had paid $900 for. They had sold me a system that was discontinued and they were going out of business. I later found out that the person who owned the place was a convicted felon.
Description of Work: I used Audio Specialist LLC to install a TV stereo system in my home and a security system.

+ -1 moreAs poorly as iot possibly could.
Description of Work: This company installed equipment that didn't work. When they came to remove it, they also removed an $880 component that was not related to the system being removed. I came to find out that this company is owned by a person that has spent time in jail. Now I have a $40,000 system that only partially works. In my opinion you should stay clear of these people.
