Employees are very friendly and service was professional. Used last year and we had no living bugs. So will continue this service annually. If any problems, they come out right away to take care of. I had a few ants coming in from fireplace and they were out the next day to take care of. Highly recommend.

a year after they came. out and installed the stakes in and around our house, we got a letter saying it time for the yearly inspection of the stakes that put down, they said if we didn't pay $225 fee they would have to pull the stakes. they told us the inspection was optional when had them install, and nothing about pulling the stakes. if we didn't pay a yearly fee of 225.00 dollars, that is just a little to much after we paid a lot to install .

They did a wonderful job. The person that came out was very professional. Their fee was pretty standard. They charged $950 for the initial examination and $225 that for the annual.

It was fine. We had some wasp nests that they took care of. They came out and sprayed the whole house, and took down a couple of nests. I did still see some activity, but I called them and they came right back out.

I set up an appointment to have an inspection done of my home, and was scheduled for someone to come to the house between noon and 1. No one ever showed up for my appt. I finally called the company around 3:15 and was told they would look into it. Someone came by later that evening when I wasn't home and left a note apologizing and that they would call me the next day to reschedule. I never got a call back, and will not end up using this company. I went with another company that was much more responsive to my needs.

I found a hornet nest on the side of my house and called these people on 9/1/14, they were closed - so I left a message telling them my problem and name, phone no., and asked if they would call me back. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.

The estimate was for $1600. It was $1400-1450 for the termites, and they added another $150 to spray the house and garage. So, were going to get that done. It's pretty good, no problems, no other complaints. So we will see how that goes.

they have been thorough in setting poison traps throughout my house. they are committed to returning and replacing/moving poison traps until the problem is resolved. they have been very good at scheduling follow-ups. they are timely and professional.

The gentleman was very nice. He put traps out in the basement, on the main floor and in the garage. Hopefully when spring comes and the snow is gone he will be back to look for possible entry points. So far I have seen no signs of mice. It is good for six months, so it’s hard to give a final opinion on an ongoing project.

Treatment has been effective. We hope the rodents have been "excluded" forever, but will not hesitate to use Arrow again if needed.

Service person was on time, dressed professionaly for job, and left house locked up. We are asked to be away for 4 hours to give insecticide time to dry.

Technician arrived right on time + got to work. He answered all of my questions about the flea treatment + other services offered by Arrow. I appreciated his honesty with one possible exterior bug treatment - he did not recommend it. Have seen no fleas ever since.

For starters, they provided an honest and friendly inspection and estimate. Estimator/inspector was very knowledgeable about termites and their activity, and fully explained the treatment options and pros and cons. He was not at all rushed and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He absolutely applied no pressure to schedule or perform the work, which was very welcome. We decided to go ahead with the work on the spot. The serviceman called within half an hour and schedule the job for a couple of days later. Bait station installation, and foam application was completed quickly and professionally.

They came when they said they would. They told us what the problem was. Thy set up someone to come do an acid wash. They were here on time and did the acid wash, and it got rid of the bugs. They were good all the way around. I had no problem with them and I would use this service again.

I have used them twice. The first time I was very pleased. The second time I wasn't as pleased. I felt that it was more routine. I had a little larger problem the first time and they took very good care of me. I can't say that I am displeased it's just that I was very pleased the first time they came out. I will use them again.

The service comes with a 90 day guarantee. We have used them in the past as well. At my own residence, they spray for pest and guarantee the service for an entire year. They come out promptly and when they say they will.
