I accepted a quote from 3D in July 2022. After they received my 50% deposit for adding to my driveway the company never completed the work and never returned a call, and there were many calls. I texted the man who quoted me and he stated that he was "working on my refund". I asked him when and he said he didn't know. The next 2 texts he has not responded to. Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen.

Jason Quick came out finally, took pictures and said he would get back with us. I took off work because he originally said he would repair it on that day. Never called back, I called at least ten times and the receptionist kept saying “I’ll tell him you called”. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them. They do not back their word or warranty. Called A&M and they came out right away to repair and came back on Christmas Eve to check it out & do clean up on the wall. Highly recommend them!!! Told us to call if we have any problems and they will come back.

The work was scheduled and completed. With the very next rain, the basement was worse than it had ever been. Called and Jason Quick came out to take a look. Said they would get a crew out as soon as possible. Called 3D numerous times and no response. Would not return calls.

The guys came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and charged me what the said they would charge me. It may sound stupid to state my review this way, but this type of service, unfortunately, isn't very common. The men who came to the house were very professional and I am very pleased with the result.
Description of Work: Foundation repair: Old concrete blocks and footers had to be removed and replaced. Tubes leading away from the downspouts also had to be replaced. The original contractor had installed the wrong kind and this actually caused the foundation problem. The representative from 3 D immediately saw the problem and made sure everything was replaced.

First of all, the crew that came out was fantastic. Just a really nice bunch of guys who worked hard. We knew the retaining wall needed repair also, but we had considered doing it ourselves until it collapsed in the middle of the job. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they had repaired it correctly. As you can see in the pictures, the retaining wall is lower than the ground level above it. When I realized this and complained, Jason Q. called me and told me that for an additional fee, they would make the wall higher. I was not pleased. After giving that conversation some thought, I emailed him this: "Hello again, After thinking about the conversation we just had, I just want to be clear. You said the wall was originally too low which is why it failed. So you made it higher even though it's STILL below ground level. So rather than discussing this height issue with me beforehand, you will only fix it if we pay more. You told me three times that it's higher than it was but that really shouldn't matter. It shouldn't need to be fixed, I thought we were already paying to have it fixed correctly. I'm sorry but that doesn't satisfy me and I hope you understand why." And here is his reply (which is not at all what he told me on the phone): "No the wall didn’t fail because it was to low it failed because it was not tied into the corner like it is now. When properly building walls you need to be able to tie the corners together or you will have the same problem with the wall wanting to lean, our guys built the new retaining wall as high as the garage wall so everything can be as one and which is 12” higher than the original wall. To add additional block to the top which can be done just for cosmetics is not an issue. Without having the anywhere to tie this additional row into it would not be structural. And before you hung up on me I was willing to get this taken care of for your mom." I still can't believe he sent that to me. Verbatim, copied and pasted. To be clear, I was angry (as I had a right to be) and very short with him on the phone, but I did say thank you and goodbye. All that I wanted was another row of cinder block so that we could fill in the ground at the top of the wall. Wow. Just wow.
Description of Work: My mom's house has an attached garage, is built on a hill, and has a walkout basement. The wall under the garage was bulging out and ready to collapse. There is also a retaining wall which holds up the neighbor's yard next to that wall. While they were repairing the damaged wall, the retaining wall collapsed so that repair was added to the job for an additional $2000.

3 D promptly responded to my quote request. A very professional gentlemen came to look at the issue. He was right on time. He looked at the problem area and at the inside walls and floor structure and determined it was not an addition on the house but the way the house was built. He also determined it was not a structural issue but just a cosmetic issue. He gave us several suggestions that were very helpful. This was very much appreciated. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. This person could have told me anything and I would not have known better. Great company I was impressed by his honesty

Attention to detail and quality of finish was equal to my expectations which were high. I had wanted them to create a seamless transition between the sidewalk and wheel chair ramp which they did resulting in a "no bump" effect. Hard working crew who were personable and easy to communicate with.

It went well. I recieved an estimate and a good clear explanation of what was causing my 100 year old basement walls to crumble. On the appointment day, Three workers arrived on time and did the job in a few hours. They even patched another small spot that was not in the quote. They cleaned up and hauled out all the debris except for a few scattered chunks they missed.

After completing the online form to request an estimate, I got a call from them the following morning. The responsiveness of 3D Structural was incredible! The estimate was completed without any over selling, however, they were honest with the importance of having the necessary repairs. The employee that completed the repair was prompt and efficient. I would definitely use 3D again (but I hope I don't need to!)

The person giving the estimate arrived on time. Was pleasant, friendly. Looked at the project. Considered other options but removing and replacing seemed like the most practical. We paid 50% when the estimate was given which got us on their schedule. A few days later the scheduler called to set a time and date. T hey arrived on schedule. Very pleasant, courteous. Friendly. Used the jack hammer to tear out the old concrete and were careful to not destroy or damage plantings in the gardens along the sidewalk where they had to work. They were back the next day to put up the new forms. A few hours later the concrete truck arrived. They carefully brought the concrete up the driveway and down the sidewalk in wheelbarrows, very conscientious about not damaging the lawn. I know that was a lot of extra effort. They did the finishing and left for the day. The next morning they returned to remove the forms, completely cleaned up, including sweeping off the front porch which runs the length of the house. This was an excellent company. They understand customer service and we felt like they treated our property like they would want their property treated. We'll probably need to do some work on the driveway in the next couple years. We now know who to call. Highly recommended.

Two years ago 3D did some work for me on my patio and several sections of sidewalk that had sunk. The patio had sunk about 4 inches to the point that we were having trouble with the sliding glass doors. They brought the patio back up and evened the sidewalks. They were at my house on time and finished the work in a couple of hours. The cleanup was thorough and I was happy with the work. Over time the same areas of the patio and sidewalks sunk again so I called 3D to let them know. They told me that the work was under warranty and that they would take care of it as soon as the weather warmed up. Rob from 3D recently called and told me that he could come over that day and take care of everything. Rob was very nice and professional. We went over the areas that needed work before and after the work was finished. He let me know that if I had problems again then they would look into it further to see if anything additional needed to be done. I had no problems with 3D and would hire them again especially since they back up their work.

The estimate was the final price. The crew doing the work went out of there way to make sure things looked good. They even added some down spout drainage under one of the walkways. ABOVE and BEYOND!!!

Dale came out to examine my crawlspace floor and walls regarding a moisture issue I had. He recommended sealing the approximately 350 linear feet with injecting epoxy and silica sand into the cracks, as well as sealing along the perimeter wall and foundation supports. He started out with a light epoxy, but when he came back the next day, the cracks had absorbed that and were exposed. He switched to a heavier epoxy which worked better, retreated the original area and proceeded to finish the rest of the space. The crawlspace has a three foot clearance, it took about three days. He came back the following week, and sealed any areas that needed to be touched up.

This was the second time we used 3 D to level our drive and walk. They did another portion several years ago. In both instances the work was thorough, well-done, on-time, and fairly priced. This past work was $1990, not included in the above cost of service for the second project. We then contracted 3 D to install stone siding on our porch, at an agreed price of $3450. There were many problems, although they could not have been foreseen. We agreed in August, made our first payment in Sept., and were told the job would be completed by Oct. 19. It was finished on Dec. 19th. However, there were circumstances. One was the stone that arrived was nothing like the stone shown in the brochure or on the sample board. It was partially installed when we first saw it and it had to come down and be exchanged with the supplier, which took some weeks. Also, several workers and staff of the company had to deal with personal matters, including deaths in their families. This is an understandable priority, much higher than any improvement job. Throughout the entire ordeal, all of the workers were professional, polite, understanding, and did their best to keep us informed on the rate of progress. When it was finally finished, we met with the company rep to discuss pricing. Without any argument and again in an understanding and friendly manner, he agreed to reduce the cost by $600, my requested price. We parted on good terms and I plan to use this company again when we add stone to the base of our home in the future. There could not have been more problems to overcome, yet the company was first class in dealing with us. I recommend them to anyone needing either stone siding or leveling of their concrete drive or walk.

. The process did a good job of leveling the stoop. My only complaint is that the holes drilled in the concrete to pump in the material are quite noticeable because the slury(?) pumped in does not match the concrete. I thought with weathering they would become less noteable, but six months in that has not been the case. Mind you that that is not a complaint against 3D, but rather an aesthetic issue peculiar to the process. I gave price a B in that it was good, but didn't give it an A because I really don't have anything to compare it against. I gave overall and quality B's because of the aesthetic issues mentioned, but the process does an excellent job of leveling the concrete and I would certainly use 3D if a needed that done again.
Description of Work: Drilled holes in front stoop and pumped in material to fill voids and raise stoop back to level. (Nose of stoop had sunk one to two inches into soil. The house was built in 1995 and whomever poured the front stoop concrete apparently did not put in a deep enough footer.)

[member name removed], Thanks for taking a few minutes to give us a review. We agree that the aesthetics of the patching take a while to blend. While you will always be able to see the patches in the concrete, it will fade in time. The only thing that we have found to make this look more attractive is a coloring or stamping process. You can do virtually any design or color of your desire. Anyway, we value your feedback. Should the need for our services arise in the future, we'd be honored to work with you again. -Dale

It went great from start to finish. Only way it could have been better is if they could have done it sooner, which was not possible because they were so busy as you would expect for a business of this quality. Rick was prompt and answered all questions on the initial visit. I knew they would not be the cheapest, and I was willing to pay more for the best. The labor crews were outstanding! This was a large project so various members were here for part or all of about 7 working days. They were friendly and courteous to me, and my wife and kids. They worked hard and efficiently, and were always willing to answer questions. They always left a clean work area as well. Rick also came back to go over the finished project in o make sure we were satisfied before accepting final payment. They were truly a pleasure to do business with, plus they do outstanding work. I will not use anyone else should I have another project they could service.
Description of Work: installed a 35x50 foot basketball court in our backyard. It went terrible. I had these guys out to bid a specific job. Instead they bid a way overkill over budget job. I really wouldn't have minded if they would have gave me a quote on what I asked for and then what they recommended but that isn't what happened. I have no doubt that if I would have had the work done it would have been fine but it was like killing a fly with a sledgehammer. Nice guys, very punctual and professional just I'm not a sucker for the upsell.
