+ 0 moreThe project took a little longer than expected, but mostly because we changed our minds about several things during construction. The work crew was extremely courteous, considerate, and conscientious. Their workmanship was excellent. The overall project turned out beautifully. We are extremely pleased with our new sunroom.
Description of Work: Built a year-round 10x18 sunroom addition to our condo at Eagle Point on Lake Monroe and extended our courtyard by 30 ft. Also added a cobbleston stampcrete walkway in courtyard and a new stampcrete patio. The sunroom has six 4x5 windows with grids and two outside doors. The floor is heated stampcrete in a slate design. 12 ft sliding glass door from living room to outside was replaced with 12' French doors to sunroom. Artificial stone was used on most of the walls in the sunroom. A sliding glass door in the master bedroom to back patio was replaced with French doors. Sliding patio door from 2nd bedroom to front patio was replaced. A new gas line from meter to fireplace and gas insert was added. Also a natural gas line was added to patio for gas grill. Air conditioning unit was moved from new patio area to other side of house to reduce noise. Car siding was used in the ceiling of sunroom and stained a beautiful mission walnut color. Roof was added to existing roof to correspond to current roof line.
