Williams tech said I need a new system. Had it checked by another company but was told it was in great shape. Called Williams to cancel Full Maintence Contract and asked about my refund and they said they would check into it. That has been over a month ago with no response from them. Called and talked with Leslie and she said her boss hasn't got back to her. I want just half of what I paid for in my Contract and then I will go away. For what they are spending on commercial adds this is a drop in a bucket.

They were on scheduled.

I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Williams Comfort Air. They called to confirm my appointment the day before and also called 30 minutes prior to sending a technician over. Craig Copeland was the technician who came by and he was very professional. He walked me through what the tune-up would involve and alerted me to any issues that needed attention. He also asked before he performed any repairs. I explained that I had been seeing some water from the humidifier and he showed me that the filter needed to be replaced. I also talked to him and signed up for a service plan for my heating and A/C systems. The entire visit took about 1 hour. I was very pleased with their service and will use this company again in the future. I would also recommend their service to my friends and family.

This was a horrible experience with the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Nick the technician came in the 9th of December. Our heater was not working but when Nick finally showed up at 02:00pm somehow the heater was working again. He did an inspection and could not find anything wrong with it. He suggested to replace the system since our heating unit is pretty old. He charged $94.00 for the visit. The next day the heater was not working at all. I called in the morning and they did not come in untill 04:30pm that day. the temperature was 28 degrees outside. Nick arrived and checked the furnace and he found that the inducer motor was bad. He gave me a quote of $1435.00. I asked him to see if he could at least get it running temporarily but he said He could not. Nick said the inducer was bad and needed replaced. He then asked me to pay him again another $94.00 for service fee even though I already had paid him yesterday and He could not find anything wrong with it. I refused to pay him and explained to him that I should not have to pay him since he could not figure out what was wrong with the unit the day before and I had to call again for the same problem. He was angry and very rude to me. He told me He was offended that I questioned him and his work. He left my house and slammed my front door so hard, It made the side glass on my door shake and it made the exterior front porch light bulb go out. I then called Reeves Heating, and Mr. Reeves showed up within 20 minutes and as soon as he looked at the inducer motor, He could tell by the noise it was making that the bearings were binding up and all It needed was oil to loosen them up and the inducer motor does not even need to be repaired. Mr. Reeves only charged $75.00 for the service call. I selected Williams Confort Air because of the reviews on Angies list. I will suggest for anyone to Run Away from these poeple. They are either incompetent or trying to rip you off. I also asked Mr Reeves for a quote on replacement of the inducer motor and he said it would cost me $600.00 for parts and labor. It was easy to see that Williams Confort Air only is only interested in upselling for a new unit instead of fixing my exting unit. Please do yourself a favor and do not bother to call this Company.

They were very professional, competitive and had the system we were looking for. They had excellent customer service, punctual, professional and great follow up care.

1st person that came was in training, his boss came 15 min after him. The trainee didn't seem to familiar with the process, but he did a good job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. We just paid the Big Deal price. They got there on time, did the work, and it was fairly quick and reasonable. For their responsiveness, it was a little bit of time before they got out there from the initial call.

They did it pretty quick. They were clean about their work. They were good. Their price was reasonable.
