Description of Work: I moved into my house in 2003. Several of my neighbors used Terry for their handyman so passed his name on to me. Over the years I have had him do drywall , fix a pipe to my outside spicket that had frozen and burst, fixed some crank out windows that had come off of the track and would no more crank out, remove and install a new water heater. I have been very satisfied with all of these things. The frozen pipe was in november of 2005 . The cost to repair the spicket was $100. The pipe ran through a closet so Terry had to remove the drywall and insulation and trim and replace all of the above and then painted the walls . Cost was $750. To replace the water heater the cost was $250 for the labor. That was in April 12, 2010
