Description of Work: A better View Window cleaning did an outstanding job of cleaning my windows and screens both interior and exterior. They power washed my siding, cleaned the gutters and cleaned an interior lighting fixture. It was a pleasure having them complete the work. I have recommended their services to several friends and will use them again. Now I do have "a better view".

Description of Work: Had all outside windows cleaned and did a terrific job; recalling from memory as to when work was performed and how much. I remember he was very responsive and the windows certainly looked so much better after he finished. I do plan on using him again.

+ -1 moreThe first time, I really liked their work, but last year, but some of the window sills didn't get cleaned off. But overall, the experience has been good. Their price is reasonable. The technicians are quick and quiet; I hardly noticed they were here. I've been happy with their services overall.
Description of Work: They've cleaned our windows for us. We have a lot of huge windows, and the outside is over a pond, so it's a tough job.

+ -1 moreThe crew that came out to wash our windows scratched every window in our house in varying degrees of severity. Brian Paxson came out afterwards and admitted that they were scratched by his crew. He advised that "he would make it right." Upon realizing the costs involved in "making it right", Brian turned it over to his insurance company, Grange Insurance. After over 3 months of investigation Grange decided that scratching windows was not covered under A Better View Window Company's insurance policy. We have sent Brian a letter and email advising him that his insurance company did not "make it right." We have not received any response from him. We now have three choices before us. One, pursue legal action against A Better View Window Company and perhaps force their insurance provider, Grange Insurance, to prove exactly why this sort of damage would not be covered. Two, pay to replace windows in our home out of our pocket. Three, live in a where windows are a prominent feature with severely scratched windows.

+ -1 moreIt went great. I was not home. Our nanny was. She says he was very professional. They were quite efficient. The windows looked great when we got home. We will use them every year.
Description of Work: I called and the owner picked up right away and he came by and gave an estimate the next day. He then squeezed us in the next week on short notice. His price was reasonable since we have a LOT of windows in a 9000 sq ft home.
