Very happy with the service from 1Prime Cut Firewood LLC. They provided exceptional quality firewood, were responsive, prompt, and professional. I ordered a face cord of firewood (one 4'x8' rack), they delivered it promptly at 7pm on Sunday evening, unloaded and stacked it on my patio in my side yard. They provided the full 4'x8' load, in spite of my rack's shortcomings. The wood itself is second-to-none. The cuts are consistent, the wood is as perfect as you could imagine, it's not all bark, there are no signs of moisture. It burns wonderfully. They sent me a delivery reminder and kept me updated on their ETA so there were no surprises. I will definitely call them again.

Great. It is a walk from the driveway to the porch, so the guys used a wheelbarrow, transported the wood and cleaned up after. There was no way we could have moved it ourselves from the driveway. Very satisfied.

Delivery was fast. All cut logs were uniform in size. Went above and beyond to make sure rack was level and stacked more than the rack would hold to make a full sized cord.

They arrived promptly on time and went straight to work. They completed the work in a timely fashion and stacked it exactly where we wanted it. The wood was well aged and cut properly. The people were very friendly, courteous and personable.

Johnny responded on pretty short notice, came out on a Sunday night and stacked an order of wood. It was his first time and he wasn't sure if his trailer would damage our yard (you can't see it from the street) so he dropped his trailer in another neighborhood nearby, put the wood in the back of his pickup and delivered it that way. Very considerate. I also noticed that he delivered A more wood that previous guys, so I feel really good about choosing him.

Johnny was extremely prompt in responding and delivered firewood exactly when he said he would. Neatly stacked 2 cords firewood, some by back of house and some at back of lot by wheelbarrow. Cleaned up after, could not tell they were there. Fair price, on time, near, delivered exactly as promised - perfect. Have not burned wood yet, just delivered, but very happy with service.

It went very well. Johnny delivered the wood when he said he would. The wood is clearly of high quality and had been cut and split to uniform sizes. Johnny's primary product is firewood, not tree trimming or landscaping, as many firewood providers are. I've been buying firewood for many years and Johnny's is by far the best. The amount delivered is at least as much as - maybe even a little more than - I paid for. The service was excellent in every respect.

I didn't know if he would bring me wood being so far from him, but I got lucky. but what impressed me the most besides his professionalism and fair prices- was probably that the wood was cut in the exact same size, making the pile of firewood look super nice. I was going to get wood for the neighbor's little tent-fire thing and it fell through with the neighbors wanting to do that. He's pretty responsive. It was all voice stuff on the phone. I thought he was pretty responsive during his work day. I do construction-type stuff, fiber-optics so, I do school systems, but you know you get back with a customer, but I can't get back right away. I could be in a meeting or I could be out talking to contractors. So, I thought based on the kind of work he does, he responded quick.

Johnny was great to deal with. Prompt, courteous and professional. The wood was great. Evenly cut pieces that will fit the fireplace and burn well. Will use him again and you should start using him if you need firewood.
