True Air Heating & Cooling

We had them replace our gas furnace in January of 2018. We found out, through another HVAC professional, that the furnace pipes were improperly installed, allowing water to collect and mold to grow. The pipes are also leaking causing the furnace to rust. We contacted the company, and were told that if they came out and fixed it, that they would charge us, even though it was their fault. We didn't agree with that, but wanted them to fix it anyway. However, after initial contact they've refused to return our calls and texts since August 2018, so we're stuck paying for repairs that shouldn't even be necessary.
