 + -1 moreThis went really well. He was polite and wasn't super intrusive. I hate when I feel like I need to keep conversing with them while managing my daughter, but he went downstairs and just did his thing. Got the work done fast and was polite on his way out. Will probably call again if something happens down the line with my heating & cooling
