KNOCK ON WOOD

They did a good job until they applied the final finish. They left sawdust and debris remaining in the cracks when applying the finish. They did come out and correct this, but it took a lot of unnecessary time. We wish it would have been checked closer to avoid this extra time needed. It would have been a wonderful experience if they would have had better attention to detail prior to applying the finish. They had also put down one coat of stain that was not the correct color. They did sand the floor and correct this as well.

THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB. THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE.

I CHOSE TO HAVE THE SURFACE FINISHED IN A SATEEN SHEEN. AFTERWARDS I WASN'T HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE. A YEAR LATER I CALLED THE COMPANY BACK TO DISCUSS HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO COME BACK AND REFINISH THE TOP COAT. UNBELIEVABLY THE OWNER WAS SO DISTRESSED THAT I WASN'T HAPPY THEY CAME BACK AND REFINISHED IT FOR A MERE $200 - WHICH I AM QUITE SURE DIDN'T COVER THE COST OF LABOR, SUPPLIES, ETC. IT WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND THEIR CONCERN AND ATTENTION SHOW! I LOVE THE HIGHER GLOSS OF MY FLOOR AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! I AM STILL IN SHOCK OVER HOW WELL I WAS TREATED. THANKS FOR HAVING THEM ON YOUR LIST.

MATT COLE AND HIS MEN DID EXCELLENT WORK AND WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, POLITE, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE FOR THE DAY. VERY SOLID AND RELIABLE. STRONGLY SUGGEST OTHERS CONTACT HIM FOR FLOORING INSTALLATION WORK.

COMPARED WITH THE OTHER ESTIMATES I RECEIVED THEY WERE REALLY INEXPENSIVE. I WAS IN A REAL HURRY AND THEY RESPONDED TO MY NEEDS.

THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB AND THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE LESS THAN OTHER QUOTES. THIS IS A SMALL COMPANY SO THEY ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE MORE PERSONAL SERVICE.
