 + -1 moreIt was a decent and very affordable price. We have a lot of ant problems. He used pet friendly chemical for the ants so it was okay for our to be around. He sprayed for the ants and he gave us wraps to set around as needed. The ants went away and when we came back home they're still not gone, he did it again and didn't charge for it because obviously, he didn't get the job done for the first time. They were very personable, easy going, and good to talk with. They did the job when they said they would. He gave us a lot of good advise to save more money.

 + -1 moreContractor came out, gave professional inspection and very reasonable estimate. Had him do termite prevention treatment. He was very professional and did the treatment within a reasonable time. He did come back for two of the quarterly checks . After that time, we never saw him again. Called and left several messages asking when he was going to come back out. None of the calls were answered. Contractor never came back out. We were extremely disappointed especially since he was so professional at the beginning.
Description of Work: completed termite inspection. set out inground termite indicators. had an annual service plan where he was to inspect the indicators and treat as needed each quarter.
