Got a call from Al shortly after posting the request. He had some guys in the area who were able to get an estimate to me before the end of the day, which was very reasonably priced. Called him the following morning to pay and he said he'd be able to do it soon. It was done the next day and looks great! Only thing I'd maybe suggest would be to call and mention that the job is complete, but minor detail really.

Had 2 windows replaced with blown thermal seals. Quote and measurements scheduled quickly. Glass was ordered and replaced without issue.

The company did a good job fixing the window. They were courteous and professional. I have other window screens that need replacing and I have ask for quote. My only issue is that it took them longer than stated to replace the window and screen.

Adams' replaced 5 panes in my old home. The timeliness was good but the quality was okay.

I hired this company in November to replace glass in 2 bedroom windows and a picture window at a rather high cost. The bedroom windows were completed but the picture window - I'm still trying to get replaced. I have emailed, called and text, but to no avail. I have requested that I be reimbursed for the cost plus tax for the picture window but no one will respond to my requests. I feel since I have paid for the service in advance the company should complete the job or give me my money back!! NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY since I am being RIPPED OFF!

Company ordered replacement glass on October 15th. Did not finish the job until October 30th. I feel the time it took to get the job completed was excessive. It took a week for them to get the glass back, which seems slow giving the company that makes the replacement glass is here in Indianapolis. I had to call and enquire about status of job at least four times. They need to be more consistent in following up with customers.

Al contacted me initially and came out to measure the window without setting up a definite appointment date/time beforehand. I texted him several dates/times I would be available so he could set an appointment based on his schedule but he simply showed up on the 1st date I said I was available. He did not confirm with me in advance. I had no idea he was coming. In any case, window pane was measured and ordered. I paid in advance. Received a call when order came in and set up day/ time for installation with Al. It happened to be Saturday 09/15 at Al's suggestion. Although I work Saturdays, told him I would arrange to leave work early and would be home at 2:30. Al agreed. Sent Al a text morning of 09/15 confirming the appointment so he was assured that I would see him at 2:30. However, per a voicemail message left by Al I discovered that he showed up at 2:00pm! I was just leaving work at 2:00 and I arrived home at 2:30, but he had already come and gone!! Contacted Al twice. Once in the afternoon of 09/15 and again the following Monday to set a new appointment. Al DID NOT respond. Since I paid for repair in advance, I requested a full refund on refund on Tuesday 09/18. As of Friday 09/21 funds had not been credited to my account, although per response to text I sent Al on 09/22, he claims refund was processed within minutes of my request. As of 09/24 funds have not been returned. I will wait 2-3 more business days to see if money is refunded before proceeding with further action. I chose Adams Glass & Garage based on positive customer reviews My experience with them has been anything but positive because Al seems to want to show up when he dang well feels like it.

Prompt courteous and professional. They went that extra step to expedite the service. The price was reasonable even for a rush glass repair project. Highly recommend them.

When all other companies including one high profile one did not make our job a priority R J and Al sure did! These guys are CAN DO! they did what they said they would and followed thru!! And they were great to work with! If you need a job done fast and good call them. I highly recommend them!!
