Adams Glass and Garage Door

I hired them for a window repair and prepaid for the service on May 19th. It is July 28th and I still do not have my window. I have tried calling them for weeks and no one ever answers. When I did finally get someone on the phone, we set up an installation appointment and they did not show up and did not call. I have not heard from them again.

Quality job on the project and will recommend. Small issue with communication. Inventory not received in expected time frame but customer was not notified. Priority placed on job once customer called with questions on delay/lack of communication

Tom is a very gentle price also nice but they do not upgrade where glasses go on if I do not ask them.

I have double hung windows and only the bottle was broken. Called they came out measured and ordered the glass. When it arrived they called came out and took less then 30 minutes to repair. They were courteous and professional. Would recommend to anyone that needed a broken window repaired.

I appreciate Adams Glass: - they answered all of my questions (even came back after the original estimate to address my concerns), - they called before coming and showed up on time, - very professional, - very personable, - good value. I rarely give the highest marks on reviews. However, I think they did an exceptional job on a difficult job.

They will not answer their phone or return my phone call. I told them the best time/day to contact me outside of work but no response. I have left two messages and called several times. They did come out to my home to inspect the window I needed to be replaced and I have not been able to speak to anyone since.

Work still not complete after 3 weeks.

They did a wonderful job and we able to come quickly, both for the estimate and to finish the job. It was much cheaper than we were expecting. Everyone we interacted with was professional.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! It took over a month to get my glass to be repaired. That I paid for in advance. Once they finally got the correct glass they broke my spring and never came back to fix it. I will be taking them to COURT ASAP!!!

AFTER GLASS WAS REPLACED, WE NOTICED AND CRACK IN THE GLASS. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ANOTHER PIECE OF GLASS IN A FEW DAYS AND REPLACED THE GLASS.

They responded quickly and came out within two days for my estimate. Al is always reachable on his cell phone even over the weekend and got right back to me with any questions or concerns. They missed one window but he got them back out right away. They saved me a lot of money in repairing my windows versus replacing all of them.

They did outstanding job at a reasonable price.
