Adams Glass and Garage Door

They were nice enough and seemed to do a good job, but scheduling installation was a nightmare. I had to reschedule due to them not coming earlier on the first day when I had told them if we were doing it then, it would have to be done early. The next day, they said they would be here after noon. I stayed home until after 7pm and they never showed. Everytime I called, I was told they would be here in 15 to 20 minutes.

Randy did an excellent job. The cost to repair/replace window was less than expected. Randy was courteous and quite pleasant. Clean up included. I would use Adams glass for future needs

They do great work. They're quick and courteous, but I just wish they were a little more timely on calling you back.

They did not call to give me a window of when they would be here. I knew the day and that was all. I had to sit around the house till they showed.

Other then running behind because of other appointments they were fast & efficient once here!

A phone call about when they would be arriving would have been helpful. Work was done professionally. Good job.

Needed them to repair a broken window pane in an older home. They got someone out to look in the morning and replaced the pane that afternoon at a really fair price.

This was easy the friendliest and best value for what I had done. They even came out to measure late after their normal business hours. would recommend them anytime.

Had difficulty scheduling the job for replacing the glass in 7 windows. On the day of the scheduled appointment, they were supposed to call first. No call and after I waited all day, the installers came at 3:30. There was only time to install one window. This is after me paying the entire amount up front as requested. The appt was not rescheduled until I called them. After that everything went smoothly .

These guys were great! Responsive, showed up when they said they would, and reasonably priced. Best price I found for glass replacement and window rebuild and I asked for 1/2 dozen quotes. And they came out to do the work within a few days.

I would have rated higher but they didn't call me to let me know that the glass was in and to arrange an install date. Other than that, the work was completed and we've had no issues!

They came out and measured the windows to replace the glass due to moisture in between the glass. Ordered the glass and then came back out to install the new glass. Very nice people to work with. On time and very clean.
