Description of Work: Tom applied 2 treatments to kill the old grass. Once it was dead he leveled soil into the low spots, aerated, and re-seeded the lawn. I now have grass coming up - even in the shady areas. Some of the more hardy grasses from the previous lawn also came back, but will take care of these later on. Overall very pleased so far.
