Excellently. Crew worked from 7:30 am to 9 pm to get it done. Efficient, prepared, professional, orchestrated almost. Debris removal and clean up was most impressive.

The quality of the roof was good. There were mishaps in the gutter design and the gutters they installed were not capable of effectively handling the water flow, so the gutters had to be redesigned. The project manager was not as responsive as we would have liked. I was not going to use them again but they replaced the project manager and I ended up using them again on another job and had a completely different experience.

We are trying to sell the house, where the house inspection report says that we have some blisters and nail pop up. Royalty come to see the issues, and they are able to fix the issue in timely manner, with reasonable cost. We are saving money by not replacing the whole roof.

Working with Royalty was a great experience. They had repaired a ridge vent for us a few years ago, and we were impressed with the attention they gave us for a "mere" $600 repair. So, when it was time for a completely new roof, we called Royalty. A sales person met with us within a work week, and was very patient with helping us weigh the different shingle options, warranties, and choose a color. We were given an approximate work start date, and despite many rainy work days that month, work started within two days of the approximate date (which was about two weeks out from when we signed the contract). The quote given to us was within $500 (4%) of two other quotes we received from local roofing companies. We were really impressed with the prompt and clear communication from our salesperson. He let us know when to expect the dumpster, the roofing crew, the gutter crew, and whenever we called with a question, he returned our call within an hour, even in the evening. The on-site crew was friendly, courteous, and graciously tolerated my five-year-old and two-year-old watching them roof the garage from our two story window. The crew foreman also communicated with us on site throughout the process, answering questions, and informing us on the status of our roof boards. When high winds blew shingles into the garage and vinyl siding, the foreman showed us the damage, asked if the crew could repaint with matching colors, and even repainted a spot where we, the owners, splashed paint on the siding when cleaning brushes. When it came to clean up, the crew did an excellent job, which was especially important with our children who like to run barefoot outside. With the high winds, many of the old shingles tried to fly pretty far, but the crew got pretty much all of the old material cleared out. We only found a few nails in bushes and on the ground, a major improvement over work we had done with other roofers at previous homes. Less than five nails left behind on such a big job was pretty impressive. Start to finish on the roof took two full work days, which included removing two previous layers of shingles. The gutters took less than five hours over an evening and the following morning. We are very pleased with the service we received from Royalty. Our roof and gutters look great, and the price was very comparable to the two other quotes we got from other companies. Our final total only exceeded the quote by the cost of roof plywood that we chose to replace, and we were well informed of the additional cost that would entail when we made that choice during the work. Although we were daunted by needing such expensive home repairs, we felt confident in our choice of provider. We highly recommend Royalty for residential roofing/gutter needs.

It went fine. The house was located in Batesville, Indiana. There seems to be a lack of urgency from any local companies there. I called around Cincinnati and was only able to get 1 estimate (they subsequently backed out on the work) and George from Royalty was eager to do the work. His estimate was a little higher than the one from Cincinnati, but they did the work. The workers came from Louisville, KY. It was a 3 day job. I found a few nails in the yard, but nothing excessive and unexpected.

I called Royalty Roofing to come give me a quote to fix a leaking roof on an old metal garage. The garage is pretty old and not in the best of shape. Chris came out and looked it over. Said he could remove the old roofing tar up there, and apply a new sealant. Said it would be under $2,000 if he had to rent the lift to get on the roof, and around $1,000 if I rented the lift. He said he would get me the quote by Monday. I called Tuesday when the quote never showed up. He apologized, said he was sick, and would get it to me later in the day. When the quote showed up it was for $4,397.00 and it was for removing all the roofing panels and installing new roofing panels. An option we never talked about. When I emailed Chris he said, " When I went through it with production he did not feel the other would last. And he did not want to do something that would not last. If you want to do it the other way a product called poly bond is what you need. You can get it at most roofing supply stores." He wasn't even pretending he was interested in talking about the first proposal and that line pretty much sums it up. Go do it yourself. If the job couldn't have been done the way we discussed before he sent the quote, he should have called and said my folks do not think that will be the best idea and we need to adjust the quote.

They came and gave me an estimate. Two days later, they were here and done.

They did a great job on everything. It was cold when they installed - sorry guys - but during the installation one of the seams on the roof and one on gutter were not sealed. Everyone forgets things. I called and they were out within hours. 2 very polite guys calked the gutter, fixed the seam and inspected everything else. We have had no further issues with anything and it has been a harsh winter that put their work to test. Anyone can do work but it takes a great company to stand behind it, fix it and not give customers grief about it. They were very professional, very clean and respectful!

We have used them at two different times. They have done the re-roofing within a day and they did not leave a mess. The men who did the job were Hispanics and they basically just came in, got their work done and left.

We are still in the process of trying to decide how to proceed, but we will go with Royalty. Our house had an addition put on in 1978, in which large portions of the old roof were left intact. The addition roof has a really poor design and almost no slope in areas. Because it is low-slope, we are having leaks and interior damage to the drywall. The estimator, Tony has taken his time to answer our questions and help us to find the solutions. We really appreciate the professional attitude and are comfortable proceeding with this company. After our new roof is completed, I plan to provide a detailed update. The reason I am leaving this review before the work has been done is because we appreciate how well we are being treated. As soon as they learned that I was disabled, they were not interested in the job and did not return my calls. I felt like I was being discriminated against.

estimator was rude his estimate didn't include everything i told him to estimate, when i called him to come re-estimate it for my insurance claim he was rude again. i turned him into the company and was told they would send another estimator out never heard from them again. I went with Weller roofing and am very happy

I can't say enough good things about them. They were friendly and on time. They do excellent service. If we have any issues at all, they're right out here to help us. They are very positive.

It was a positive experience from beginning to end. The lead guy was a joy to work with, was trustworthy and honest. The service was all I could ask for and then some.
