My roof had some leaks. The spring before I purchased my home there were some severe storms that damaged a lot of roofs in my neighborhood and the surrounding area. My roof had never been looked at. When I contacted Belco they came out quickly to give me an inspection and estimate. They evaluated the damage to my roof (both of them) to have been caused my storm damage. They told me that if I wanted to make a claim on my homeowners they would come back when the adjustor was coming to discuss their findings with them. They indeed came back and the Belco representative when over with the adjustor all of the findings. As a result my homeownder would cover my roof. Belco quickly scheduled my appointment for a Saturday morning. The crew arrived early and had both roofs replaced by the end of the day. I have had one leak since but when I called Belco they came out promptly and fixed the issue (it was around a chimney pipe and they re-sealed it). I would definitely hire them again.
