Description of Work: We've used this service for years. They have started adding a surcharge of 3% if you use a charge card. Also, they are not the best communicators. I left a message off hours about needing a repair call. When I didn't hear anything the next morning, I called again. I felt the person answering was brusque and not very friendly. I got the impression my second call taxed her patience.

+ -1 moreI called about 9am and told them air not working. The repairman, Terry was here by 11am and found the problem and replaced the zone control board. It was under warranty. I was billed for labor only.
Description of Work: Lightening fried a zone control board in my air conditioner.
