+ -1 moreInitially we were happy with them but their follow-through was pretty week. They were suppose to come back in the spring and didn't. I also had some other projects that I wanted them to work on and they didn't follow-through on those either.
Description of Work: We used RJ's Home Service to do a roof repair.

+ -1 moreHe was prompt and reasonable. He came out the very same day that I had called him. He took care of the problem very well. I paid $30 for the job. Overall, I had a good experience with him. I?ll certainly use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used RJ’s Home Service. He unblocked a toilet for me, a couple of months ago.

Description of Work: Jack & his crew have completely remodeled several rental properties we own in the Anderson/Muncie area. We live out of state and they have gone out of their way to help us. Our first home was over 100 years old and I thought, needed to be torn down. Jack and his crew gutted the house, removed walls, created new ones, fixed leaks, sagging floors, holes in the roof, patched the siding & made the house look like new. They even made a special effort to recreate, by hand carving, matching baseboard trim to keep with the period of the home. We couldn't be happier with the work they performed on this home and will continue to use them for every home we have. We have even recently started to use them for property management of our properties as well. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and Jack answers the phone every time I call him!!! The best costumer service ever.
