Great! The gentleman that did the cleaning was on time and very nice. He did a very thorough job. The house was empty with a slight dog smell. We had the carpet cleaned in prep for moving in. There was no more do smell and all carpet looked like new.

I have used almost everyone in our area without being hapy with the results. The first time I used Beaty and Sons he was able to remve spots that others had not. I will now not use any other for carpet cleaning!

Mark Beaty (owner) - did a great job again! Carpet had blue ball point ink leaks in several areas & a lot of stains due to grandchildren's spills. There was also a burnt spot on the rug from an electric throw catching fire. I honestly have to say that the carpets came out looking like NEW! Beaty & Son's was able to get out the ink stains and even cleaned the burnt area on the carpet - now you can not see where it was. Mark also presented me with some referral cards. - If you refer Beaty and Sons and they give Mark your card - you can earn $50 for each referral & end up getting your carpet cleaned free next visit. We are pleasantly surprised to find a business that actually has good business ethics and does a good & professional job as well!

Mark (Beaty & Sons) was recommended by a friend. In calling Mark = told him it was a rental that had cats and that their were several stains as well. Mark said he would like to stop by first to see how bad the smell and stains were. Mark stopped by the same day (as we were working at the rental property cleaning it up). He went through every room and then told me what he would charge for the whole house and we set a date/time for him to come and clean the carpets. Mark was on time @ 7:30 am - and he worked very hard to get the stains out (even took a special machine to the largest carpet - as it was a very tight weave - to help lift the dirt out of the nap of the carpet). The carpets haven't looked that good for quite a long time and we had had other carpet services in the same rental before. None of the other carpet cleaning services we had in the past -- came close to the great job that Mark did for us. We are now planning to have him come to our residence to clean our carpet - that has seen some wear from grandkids! Would highly recommend Mark (Beaty & Sons) to clean your carpets.

Beaty and Sons cleaned the carpet of the new home we moved into and the carpet of the home we moved out of. Mark and Scott saved me! I contacted them regarding a new home that we purchased and needed the finished basement carpets cleaned. When Mark and Scott met me at the house we talked about all the carpeting in the home and I explained to him that we had plans to replace all the carpet in the home, however I wanted his opinion on if he could save the carpets by cleaning. He thought it was very possible and the end results were amazing. The carpets look beautiful and he saved me the pain and money of replacing all the carpeting. I also had him clean the carpets of the home we moved from. They looked brand new as well. Not only did Mark and Scott clean the carpets, but they also talked me through the entire process and made me very comfortable with the work they were doing. They provided excellent carpet cleaning services and we are so very happy with our carpets. They have created a customer for life. I will never use another carpet cleaner and have recommended them to many friends/neighbors and our realtor

It went well

My carpets need replaced but can't afford it right now so I keep having Beaty and sons clean them. I thought they were beyond help this time , they had some hudge stains on them , but they came out beautifully. They always do a great job

We needed someone to come in and do basic household cleaning like vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the kitchen floor etc. My wife and I both work and we wanted someone reliable and who does good work. Beaty and Sons fits that bill. My wife is something of a clean freak when it comes to the quality of cleaning and she has been please with their work. The offered to clean our rugs for free as a demonstration. They did an excellent job.

I have used Beaty and Sons to clean my carpets every 6 mo. or so for the past 3 yrs. They do excellent work. I have also had them clean my house , when I could't get it done, they were fast and did a very good job. I can highly recommend them, I will never use anyone else.

I can not begin to say enough good things about this company.Their response was immediate. Totally reliable; totally cost conscious; totally honest; their word is better than any contract you could sign;this company is truly the "small business model" for property management, reovations and repairs of any kind. They went the extra mile right from the get go.Nothing was out of their area of expertise. They had many many great cost saving suggestions (which of course we did). If you have a five star, diamond rating these peole deserve it and more. I will always have them as my property manager. It just does not get any better than this company and these people.
