SELBY HOUSE INTERIOR DESIGN

I have been working with Selby House over a few months. I was contacted promtply and an appointment was set. Prior to the appointment, I had a great phone conversation discussing my needs and preferences and I sent a few photos in advance of her visit. Michelle brought lots of fabric swatches and hardward catalogues. After she looked at and measured the areas, began sketching a plan for each space and offered an impressive selection of fixtures and fabrics.MOST important, she had great ideas, which she sketched -- ideas that would never have occurred to me (higher drapery rods, a very tall shower curtain in a tiny bathroom). She was ultra-helpful suggesting little touches (i.e., drapery brackets) which would add polish without adding massive additional expense. We chose fabrics and a plan quite quickly. When she realized that one fabric I loved was very expensive, she call and told me she had an alternate plan to showcase that fabric in a way that would save me considerable money, and it was ingenious. Communication has always been open and smooth. Installation went smoothly and I am very pleased with quality and the look of everything. There's one more installation to go and it will be complete. It has been a significant investment but it really makes a huge difference in the look of four rooms in my small home.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS DONE WELL AND THE PRODUCTS AND INSULATION OF THE PRODUCTS WAS A GOOD QUALITY. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. WE WENT IN AND HELPED TO DESIGN EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. WHEN THEY CAME WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT THERE WHERE NO SURPRISES.
