Popp's Pressure Wash

Randy Popp was on time to begin the initial job of power washing the driveway and porch. He used a buffer like power washing device that thoroughly cleaned the concrete surface. In spite of my promise to pay him a bonus if the concrete sealant was applied by a certain deadline, he advised it would be better to let the driveway dry from the power washing for 48 hours before the sealant was applied. That wise decision pIus subsequent rain caused more delay and we did not meet our deadline. However, we were pleased that the quality of the service was more important to him than hitting the deadline and the bonus. Consequently we paid the bonus regardless of the date. In response to concerns we had about the qualiity of previous sealants, he did his own research, talked to suppliers and found a product we were satisfied with. The application of the product was fast and efficient and he came back to touch up for two successive days without being asked. His attitude was positive and friendly. He is a very small businessman and very service oriented. We used him for concrete related work, but he will wash and stain wood decks and others surfaces.
