We had an old cat that had ruined the carpet on the lower floor and further our house was in the market and I had to move quickly. I kept telling them that I was not in favour of the carpets smelling like a gas station bathroom and he assured me that it won’t. They were not able to get none of the smell out of the carpet, maybe it was impossible. We ended up replacing the carpet because it smelled like a day care centre. It was not the urine but it smelled like a gas station rest room. It was very disappointing. We had dogs too and one little dog of ours started marking things. My husband got laid off, he believed that it was the satan behind everything and he started quoting scripture. So I decided to shampoo the devil out of the carpet. They got away with that because I am open minded and respectful of other people’s believes. A lot of people would have kicked them our immediately.

The young man who owns this company and his helper arrived when scheduled and were very professional. They vacuumed before they cleaned, were very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.
