The representatives of the company never showed up. My sister and I asked them to do some mulch in our yards and to add dirt and seed our yards. She received a written estimate for what she requested. I received only an oral estimate. My sister also recommended them to her son because they seemed eager to do the work, but when he contacted them, they procrastinated in responding to his request for an estimate and then seemed disinterested. In the meantime, my sister and I had arranged for them to come mid-April and we never heard from them. I called and arranged a specific date. It rained the day before and when I called in the afternoon of the date they were to arrive, I was informed they would not be coming as they could not get the dirt. Nick Jacobson then informed me that they would be at our houses around noonish the next day. They never showed. We decided then that they didn't want the work and my sister called over the weekend and further cancelled for any follow up. I was not impressed with this company. They never called us to tell us they would not show or any reason for not showing. I would not recommend using this company for anyone. They seemed very nice and proactive when we first talked to them, but we found that not to be the case.
