Did the job quickly and correctly

I had to make 3 phone calls over the course of a week and a half before anyone responded to my messages. Finally, someone came out to perform the service. I took him through the house, showing him which windows I wanted cleaned. The employee said he needed to make a phone call to check something with his boss and then went outside and disappeared. That's it. Haven't heard from them since. No explanation for his disappearance, no attempt to reschedule. Nothing. For all I know he came over just to case the house! (hopefully not, although there's not much to steal.) Suffice it to say, I finally canceled the Deal.

I had been trying to schedule my appointment from the day I bought the Big Deal, and finally with the help of Angie's List, I was able to schedule the appointment for today's date, 9am-12pm. At 9:30, the vendor still had not shown up or contacted me, so I called them and left several messages. After four and a half hours of waiting, at 1:30pm, the vendor finally answered and said that I was supposed to get a phone call to tell me my appointment had been cancelled because of the rain. It had not rained all morning, and at that point, was still not raining. When I pointed out that it was not raining and had not rained all morning, the vendor hung up on me. I've asked for a refund.

That went well and was very well done. It was just the $199. They were very helpful and cordial on the phone. They were punctual, came out, and did a good job. I thought the price was fine. I would use them again.

They were pretty responsive when I called and needed the windows cleaned on my house as soon as possible because I was selling my house (they came out to do the job the week following my call). They referred me to their special deal (clean 20 windows for $219) though I only had 16 because it was still significantly cheaper than paying their usual rate. The only hiccup in their service came when it was time to pay. I'd advised them when I made the reservation that I would be purchasing their Angie's List "Big Deal" so they would be getting paid in that manner - having had past issues with this, I explicitly asked if this would cause any confusion and was told no, they would put a note in my file/reservation so it wouldn't be a problem. To make a long storyshort, I still got three or four calls asking for payment in various forms. Other than that, very good experience and I'd definitiely use them again.

They did come out, and they gave me a price but they were too high on that, but they really did a good job. I like everything about them. They were very good and thorough. Everything about them was good. The price was not that bad. Their price looked good too.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchase. It wasn't good. When I called to set up the appointment, they told me the rules on the Big Deal and they said to call back in March. I said that it would expire and they said they would honor it. I ask how I would know that and they said they would confirm it in writing and they never did. I called and they set up the date and time. They didn't show up so I called and they said it was a new girl and she wasn't supposed to give me a time. Then they gave me a time window. This was after they had already rescheduled once. Then they didn't show up during the time window so I called. They said we weren't really on the calendar; it was supposed to be in 4 days. I had even had a confirmation call so they said they would come anyway and not to worry about being there. I wanted to be there to see if they did it right. I had somebody sitting there waiting on them all day so I told them to get there during that time and they said they would. Then they called and said they didn't come then. I came home from home and the only way I could tell they had been there was because they had stuck a business card in the door and all the crap that you get when you clean them out was all down the sides of my white siding so it looked like they had rushed so they could say they had been there that day. They didn't clean it off so we had to power wash the entire house. He must have done all right on the cleaning because we had a storm the next day. The base job was fine but everything around it was crap. The price was fine until my house was turned black. They did the gutters right but they didn't clean up. They did respond but they kept giving me bad information so I had to keep calling. The people I talked to on the phone acted like they had just graduated from high school.

Their prices were very reasonable. The part that I was really concerned about was the ecological sound cleaning solution that they would use because I had just planted flowers. It was just water and a tiny bit of dishwashing fluid. They did an excellent, excellent job.

They did a good job. They came out after I bought a coupon online. It was a good price.

,Over all it I give them an A. I plan to use them in another 6 months and have recommended them to a friend. My friend's experience with them was excelllent.

It took a while to get a date scheduled - I had to follow up several times by email and phone. Then there seemed to be some miscommunications within the company (one person set a date/time with me and another person tried to set a different date/time later and didn't know about the scheduled date). Lastly, they missed the scheduled date and didn't let me know. When I contacted them about it, I was told they were running behind and would get to me in the next day or two. I have not heard from them since. I did not receive a response to my latest email.

We reached an agreement for an amount of $354 to power wash the whole house which is largely covered in vinyl siding. About half through the job (about an hour onsite) he said he couldn't finish the job for that amount and would have to have another $100 to finish. I immediately realized I was dealing with an unprofessional business person, actually a crook. Anyone who cannot make an agreement and stick to it should not be in business. I paid him the additional amount just to get rid of him. I will never do business with him again.

I was not home when the work was performed and have not climbed up on the roof to inspect their work. However, water does not gush down the side of the house when it rains so I guess they did a good job. IO was told they would call when the job was finished but have not heard from them. There was no sign they had been to the house, which is good. Another service I've used left heavy bags of wet leaves for me to put out for the trash.

Excellent ! They arrived promptly and got right to work. They put the leaves from the gutters on the back of the house into my compost pile and they even removed the leaves from a flower bed in the front of the house. They exceeded my expectations. They were friendly and polite and professional.

after purchasing the special offer i started leaving voice mails and sending emails. DJ the owner made several appointments to come out and do the work. his crew never showed up, he always had a variety of excuses for not getting the work done. the job ran long it rained my address did not show up in his GPS. I have lived in this house for 19 years, it's in my GPS and on Google Map. i have had no contact with the company for weeks. i need to get my money back or have the service completed. it's and outside job all they need to do is stop by and clean the gutters. i have to give them a BIG F for this missed service.. i will never use this company again......

In preparation for gutter guards I needed to have the exterior surface of my gutters cleaned. Simply Glass was able to get to me quickly and I didn't need to be home. The estimator came by the house the day after I made contact for the first time. I will say that the cleaning solution has a 'bleach' property and when it dripped on my garage floor apron and blacktop driveway it left white dots where it bleached those surfaces. Also, my sliding glass doors on the back of the house were streaked with the solution. I had just had those cleaned so...... Nothing is perfect but they made it as easy for me as possible and they did a good job.

After reading the reviews on Angies List, I chose Simply Glass to do some much needed pressure washing and I'm very glad I did. They were totally responsive, dependable, professional and did an amazing job. They were able to perform the work the following day after the estimate because of a cancellation. Upon completion of the work, I was so impressed and don't recall how long it's been since my driveway, sidewalk and gutters looked this good. They did a low pressure wash on the siding in order to protect it and it looked perfect. I am very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to use them again. In fact, I plan to call on them in the Spring to pressure wash my deck.

The service went fine. They were very friendly and even caulked a small rust hole at my request. They gathered up the leaves and helicopters in my gutters and threw them into the yard. I figured it was worth having someone climb up my 2+ story house as opposed to me doing it again and risk the fall which will inevitably happen to one of us unlucky homeowners at some point. I don't have time for that. A day afterwards, I did climb up to the one-story section, and while there were no leaves in the gutter there was still much residue and water. I may have chosen the wrong time of year to have the gutters cleaned (although it had been over a year and a half since last cleaning), I may have become wary of the Angie's List Big Deal and the type/quality of service you get with it, or it just may not have been worth the $75 I spent (especially given the junk that remains in the section I looked at later). I think I'll shop around more before the next time, and more carefully consider any Big Deal I purchase. As far as this company, they were decently nice guys but the service was average at best.

Overall I had a very good experience from start to finish.

Old aluminum siding house with aluminum awnings. Very dirty but I was afraid power washing would take the finish off the aluminum; they said they would do a soft wash, and it looked better than I imagined. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

DeJay and crew arrived in the allotted time frame. They were very professional. My house was in dire need of a cleaning and I did not think it could be fully cleaned due to the degree of dirtiness. Simply Glass proved me wrong! The siding looks as fresh and clean as the day it was installed. I could not be happier. My front sidewalk had become stained over the years as well. They were able to return it to its original pristine appearance. I highly recommend this company. They were friendly, polite and very professional. Thanks DeJay!

On July 25, 2012 I had Simply Glass come and clean all the windows in my home, including long windows in my sun room as well as pressure wash the sidewalk that runs in front of my home. Since I live in Jeffersonville, Indiana I like to use businesses on this side of the river when possible. When I saw a coupon deal for Simply Glass on Angie's List, I jumped at the chance. I had just made plans to get the trim on my house painted, so when I talked to Mr. Brock I told him that I wanted to wait until after the painting was all done before the windows were done. He said this was no problem and for me to contact him after the paint job was completed. Approximately three weeks later I contacted Mr. Brock again and made arrangements for Simply Glass to come on July 25. Mr. Brock and his helper, David, showed up on time and immediately got to work. They were both friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. They were completely done in about 1 1/2 hours. The windows glistened in the sun and the sidewalk no longer has mold and dirt on it. It is clean as a whistle!!! In talking to Mr. Brock, I also found out some of the other services they provide, such as driveway sealing and snow shoveling.
