I have used Shannon for a few years now and have been remiss in writing this review:( He is hands down THE BEST cleaner I have ever had!! He is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile. Thanks Shannon!

Better than expected ! Very pleased

Other than some initial difficulty in getting in contact with him, he has done a superb job. My wife is a VERY picky housekeeper, and she has been delighted with Shannon's work. He is a thorough duster and does an excellent job on the floors. We felt his pricing was reasonable in comparison with other house cleaning providers we have used. He is good value for the money.

Having employed MANY, various cleaning companies and well as individuals I tend to be over expectant. Shannon is the ONLY one who even comes close to getting the job done right. He is prompt, courteous, flexible, thorough and an all around great guy who does fantastic work. He is always willing to take care of my "to-do" list. He is "keeper"!!

Left two messages over a few week period. No call back. Perhaps provider is out of business.

He does a great job and is very professional. He puts up with my two small dogs who like to be underfoot sometimes and variability on my husband and I being home. We had a smidge of arranging to do for our schedule to work out, but once we got the kinks worked out it has been very smooth. He is timely and does a thorough job - very happy to have found our permanent cleaner. Thanks Shannon!

Arrived on time and was very professional, listening carefully to my cleaning needs. He worked constantly and finished on time. He accidentally cracked a bathroom glass shade and offered to replace which was fine. He had a job in the area and said he could come every two weeks after the other job. So I expected and prepared for him to come, calling and texting an hour or two before he was to arrive. He didn't respond or show up. Later that evening he texted and said that something had come up, but when he had canceled his work the previous night, he found he didn't have my number and that he would call back to reschedule. Don't know how that he didn't have my number since I'd called and texted him to set up the job. I texted that it was difficult for me to schedule my time because it was pretty hectic now. I didn't hear back to reschedule, so I left message that prior notice would have been appreciated and that apparently he wasn't interested in the cleaning job. He texted back and said he was sorry, but it was unforseen and would I please find someone else. He said he would mail rhe glass shade replacement, but I said not to if it didn't have the brass ring like the original. Oh well.

He is an incredible cleaner!!!! I have used him 4 times now, and he his always punctual, and does a remarkable job cleaning. You can tell he has a passion for cleaning and attention to detail.

Shannon arrived at our house as planned and did a thorough and beautiful job cleaning our whole house. We have been disappointed with house cleaning in the past as the people would come and leave many things unclean. Shannon deep cleaned several areas of our house and it looked and smelled like he had deep cleaned the whole house. He took his time and made sure all the areas we had talked about in out initial interview were completely clean including woodwork, floors and window blinds. He stayed "until the job was done" not by the hour. We were VERY pleased and he will come many more times! We definitely recommend him!!

Shannon came to meet with us about a week before the cleaning to get a lay of the land. He was very professional and punctual. He cleaned our house before and after the Derby and did a superb job. Very detailed work, and saved us a lot of time. We will most likely hire Shannon to clean our house regularly.

Shannon promised three hours cleaning service, and we received three hours of superb, detailed and thorough house cleaning. The best house cleaning service by far we have had in almost fifteen years in Louisville. Even the tops of our two bathroom counter tops were rearranged tastefully. No detail escapes Shannon. One of the best parts?he comes alone. No army of cleaning people dashing about.

Shannon was extremely responsive and accommodating, adjusting his schedule to provide cleaning services in time for a large event to be held at our home. His work is exceptional. He is very thorough, professional and personable. I highly recommend Great Spaces.

Shannon provided an amazingly thorough cleaning service. I feel like I do not have to double check his work....but instead he went above and beyond.

Shannon does an excellent job. He comes himself and is thorough in the cleaning process. No detail is left undone. If there is something extra that needs to be done, he is willing to do it. He has been cleaning my home for several months. When I need an adjustment to my regular appointment, he is as flexible as he can be. This is extremely helpful with my busy travel schedule.

Update 3/21/15: I have continued to be very pleased with the service Shannon Luther (owner) provides me when he comes each month to clean our home. I highly recommend him and his business. --- Discussed in advance what I wanted done and service that would be provided. Arrived on the date agreed and provided excellent service. Very detailed oriented, professional and trustworthy. Exceeded my expectations. Have scheduled future cleaning dates.

Shannon did an excellent job. After having to reschedule the all-day appointment about a week in advance (which actually worked better for me) he showed up exactly on time and went to work. I was amazed he was able to get the whole house completed in one day, especially considering how meticulous he was about getting things just right. I was definitely impressed with his work, and certainly will use his services again.

Contacted Shannon via the list email and he contacted me that evening...he came out the next available evening for a walk through and then sent me an email with cost...we agreed on the price and date to start. He showed 5 mins early ready to go...did a very thorough job, used all the right products we provided and we were very pleased to say the least. He will be cleaning for us here on out. Very satisfied!!!!!

Shannon was on time for the estimate meeting. He met with us and asked us to go through what we were looking for. While doing this he explained his process and methods for cleaning. We agreed to a day and rate and he began 2 weeks later. He has now cleaned for us three times and we couldn't be happier. We both can be clean freaks and he has surpassed us. We communicate with a note pad, making detail requests and he has met all of them and included them in his visit. Highly recommend him

Great Spaces is by far the best service we have encountered. He is prompt, professional, thorough and just a bit OC like we are. He communicates very well and has become a friend of ours as well. Shannon is a Godsend for us, as my wife cannot do the heavy cleaning anymore. This has worked very well for our needs and means for nearly a year.
