I just moved to Louisville and didn’t know anything about local plumbing companies. I got three names from a local handyman. The first one told me that they would not be able to get to it with no other explanation and no advice on who else I might contact. The second one’s answering machine told me that they were not accepting phone calls at this time. I called 1-Tom-Plumber at 9:22 am and my brand new hot water heater was installed by 4:30 pm. Ethan , the guy they sent, was professional and courteous and an all around good dude. This is a very good company and I will definitely use them again in the future.
