It went perfectly. They finished in one day and driveway and garage are much dryer. They did similar work for me before--I would hire again.

Very well. I was redoing my backyard; landscaping and I needed to have concrete poured in large area of the yard. I submitted an email through Angie's List and they did not call me back right away. So I called them. He was pretty happy I called because he told me he didn't do computers :-) But he came out to my house pretty promptly, provided a quote, I accepted the quote and within days he came out and provided the service. They were very professional and there was an area that he did that was not originally part of the quote that he excavated and concreted and did not charge me for it. The job was complete in hours, 7 or 8 hours and when I got home from work, it was complete and covered because it looked like rain. The next morning he came to uncover and I was pretty pleased with the job!

This is the first time I've had repair work done where the crew looked like they could be on one of those HGTV shows like Holmes on Homes. Here's why: Level of attention to detail. They spent a lot of time sanding and patching the concrete edges of the house/stoop/garage before they started pouring the driveway/walkway. They spent hours smoothing and shaping the concrete. Staff was friendly and extremely hard-working. Besides lunch, they seemed to never take a break. Accurate quoting. We made a change the day of the project which required a bit less concrete. Sure enough, we were charged for less concrete. Good equipment. They had a wide array of heavy machinery, power tools, and hand tools. Probably 30 different specialized tools were used to make sure everything was perfect. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and leaving everything looking as it was before they started. They carefully kept the sod they had dug up around the edges and replaced it after they removed the wooden forms. All in all, it went perfectly. This is the third time I've had concrete work done and these guys were the best yet.

He arrived on time and was courteous. He listened to what we wanted done and answered our questions. The quote was much higher than I was expecting and able to afford so no work was done. My only criticism , other than the price, was that I felt like the representative was trying to convince me to do something different than what I wanted. He was more trying to tell me what to do with my sidewalk instead of making suggestions.

Tom the owner is class act. I really felt comfortable with this guy because he explains everything very well. My first experience with them went well that I called them again. My basement was leaking pretty bad, probably had $15,000 worth of damage. Tom came out on a Sunday, we walked around the house and he explained to me why my concrete walls were cracking, showed me gutter problems, my grade was too low and water drained towards house, basement well drains were plugged, basement wells were too short. Tom and his team dug around house with a bobcat type skidster, they patched cement walls, put tar on, installed vapor barrier sheets on walls, cleaned down to tile, added drain cloth and rock, installed a tube to surface so a Plummer can scope my tiles, removed short window wells and installed taller wells. He raised the grade of the ground on both sides of the house about 6 inches so the water will drain away from the house. The job took a couple days, they cleaned up nicely, Tom made recommendation and did some extra work for a minimal extra amount of money to do the job right. Tom told me if I ever had any more leaks call him but he thinks this should do the job. UPDATE: Quite a bit of snow melted, usually water is gushing in the basement, this time my basement was dry as a fresh diaper! :) Nice work Tom !

They did an absolutely first class job - from bidding through execution. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were phenomenal, taking time at every stage to do the job right - no shortcuts. The family team and their helpers worked hard and like a well-oiled machine. They also cleaned the work site up very well. I highly recommend them for concrete work and foundations repairs.

The company was great from the free estimate to answering questions to completing the work. They were perfectionists with the details and the concrete shows it! Mr. Tom Giannini and company were professional, friendly, and definitely skilled! The walkway was properly prepared, cured, sealed and finished. We would definitely recommend them and they were great with kids and pets too.

The work was done promptly, efficiently and quickly. All trash was removed. The crew was very professional. The drain works perfectly. No more water in the house. The price was exactly as estimated.

They charged me $8000 and they were great. My front porch is beautiful and they completed the work in two days. They were also very punctual and I would use them again the future.
