 + -1 moreIt took longer than anticipated to get the stove in and there were two days that the store said they were scheduled to be open, but they were closed. It set us back on the installation because we could not pick up the stove in time.

Description of Work: Terry wasted my time by making me come up all the way from Indianapolis to assess chimney issues in my home only to never get back to me again. He came across as a not serious, unkempt individual making political and other malapropos statements during our first meeting.

 + 1 moreI have built stoves in my other house so I am familiar with these guys that is why I chose these particular guys to do this work for me. I had them come over and give me and estimate and I chatted with him for a while to see whether they knew what they were doing. I was familiar with their equipment. They were excellent. They knew what they were doing and I was here while they were doing it and that is why we set them up to do it because I am in and out a lot and I don't have time to have somebody miss an appointment bacause I am rarely here. They were on time, they did the work and they got it done. There were no hitches and everything went well. The unit has been working great ever since. Their pricing was competitive. The quality of the unit was excellent. They were really quick to respond, as a matter of fact the guy gave me his personal cellphone number because when he was running around he wanted me to be able to keep in contact with him so we could set an appointment the minute he gets the unit in. They were very professional.
Description of Work: I had my fireplace converted over by the Stove Shop. They took out a gas unit, remove the damper out of the chimney itself, run all the new tubing and I had to cap the chimney. They also ordered the unit and installed it.
