Description of Work: Didn't show up until 10am, the crew seemed to be very young and inexperienced,seemed like they came in to do a demolition,and didn't provide quality work

Description of Work: rossi construction. the work that was performed was so BAD. The roof shingle was not inline with the roof. The nails was sticking up and exposed. roof decking is weak. they used 1/2 inch the roof decking is 3/4 inch.shingle exposure and nail location is inconsistent with manfacturer requirement. ventilation on house is inadequate. Gutter apron does not go into or behind gutter. poor workmanship. There is no vents on the house. Now the roof link The roof is solf all over. And the company lets drinking on the job.

Drinking on our jobs is no allowed! This is an un true statement from this customer. We tried to meet with Member on June 16, 2008 to dsicuss his concnerns regarding his roof which was an estetic problem he had with the ridge cap and there where 2 to 3 shingles that needed to be reaplced due to low nails which we were willing and able to correct, however, upon our meeting Member got very belligerent with myself and the workders on the job site. Becasue of his confrontational manner our meeting was cut short and we were not able to do any repairs. We elected to leave for the safety of our workers and the myself. We did send Member a follow up letter on June 17, 2008 that we are willing to make the adjustments needed and to notify our office as to when we can do said repairs in a safe and non-confrontational environment. Todate we still have not heard from this custoemr to make said adjustments!
