My father's house sat empty for 2 years. He became ill in 2008 and I moved him into my house in Noblesville, near Indy. I had kept up with insurance, utilities, and hired a caretaker. When I finally decided it needed to be sold, I found Christine on Angie's list. She was a God-send. She bent over backwards to work with me long distance. The decision to sell was very emotional, as is every decision I've faced since he became too ill to care for himself. She was a rock! She never lost her professionalism, but still managed to treat me with a great amount of compassion and understanding. The house is a little ranch in a depressed area, so she did not make a big fat fee. She treated me as though I was entrusting her with a mansion carrying a million dollar commission. She deserves all the business she can handle!!!!!

I don?t think we can use her services right now. She was very personable and clear in what she says. She seemed to be well organized. That is my first impression about her. I will consider her if needed.

Fantastic! We worked with Christine Hall to sell our house and to purchase a new one. Sparing no expense on advertising, only 5 weeks later she negotiated a sold contract to sell our house. Once the buyers stared having "PAPER PUSHING PROBLEMS" with their financial company, Christine stepped up and stayed informed of the progress they were trying to make and always relaying the latest news to us A.S.A.P. After telling Christine exactly what we were looking for in a new house, we worked side-by-side putting a list of properties together that she would show us. Again, only 2 weeks later she negotiated a sold contract. She walked us to a "back to back" closing date. Excellent! Even though we already found the house and were familiar with the home buying process, she still provided service that made our life easier. When we found out the house had high radon and we felt the buyer was not going to pay anything when it came to treatment, Christine Hall surprised us by negotiating for the seller to pay for half. She answers her phone most of the time and when she doesn't, you can count on her to call you back soon. Thank you Christine Hall!
