 + -1 moreThey were very professional and explained the procedure and estimated time to replace the winshield and cure the seal. I had to pick up the vehicle well after his business hours and I was accommodated much to my suprise. I would recommend the company to everyone and will use them again.

 + -1 moreWhile driving on I65, a stone kicked up and cracked our windshield. The folks at P and M were able to order the new glass and replace it the next day! We've used them before and will continue to go there for any other auto glass needs that come up. The staff is always helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about their business. They even replaced the wipers for free!

 + -1 moreVery Well, they had the glass out in less than a half an hour. Which was great , because we needed to do some body work - and had plenty of time to do the body work and let dry before so they could come in the next day to reinstall the glass
Description of Work: Great Company-- I use them for removal and replacements for cars and semi's Windshields . They had the tools to quickly remove my windows so we could do the body work on the vehicle and later put the glass back in for us.. And they also explained the safe driveaway times for each vehicle.

 + -1 moreThe service was great! I went in for an estimate and the owner explained what would happen and what the price would be. The installation took place the next day. All of the decals from the old windshield were removed and put on the new windshield. I was handed instructions to follow the next 48 hours regarding care of the windshield. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate in using them again.
Description of Work: A new windshield was installed.

Description of Work: I called this place of business because it was recommended to us by where we get our car fixed, the back glass of our pick up truck was leaking, the owner told me that the best thing would be , that the frame would not be cracked and it would cost $135.00 to $150. The worst would be if it was cracked $290.00. So I took it in, got a call that it was cracked and it would now be $445.00. I talked to my husband and he said okay, I told them okay go ahead, but at that time it didn't feel right, I made a phone call, it only took me 5 minutes and I called back and said I changed my mind, the guy said he has the window out, I don't believe in 5 minutes you can have the window out, he told me that you have to go from the inside and take the material off around the window and the screws and then take it out, which tells me that they had already had it out, or lied about it being cracked, they told me I would have to talk to the owner, which I did, and he said for him to put the window back in I would be charged $125 or leave it out it would still cost $75.00, at that point I knew I didn't have a choice, because getting the job done somewhere else for a $100 less would now be ate up with the cost of puttting the window back in or leaving it out. On the whole it was a very bad expierence, Finally how can you make an estimate to start out with ,you would of had to already had the window out, and at that time I could of said that is to much money,I'm not going to be able to have it done, what would of happened then, charged me for putting the window back in?

 + -1 moreIt went very well. I was able to make an appointment that worked for me and there were no surprises. I can barely see that I ever had a crack or chip. I will definitely use Pand M again.
Description of Work: I had a small crack in my windshield and needed it repaired so that the crack wouldn't increase in size.
