I liked their services. I liked that they were prompt and very professional. The only thing that bothered me was the estimate he gave me was double what he charged me. They were very interactive with me because I was home during the service. If they had to turn the water off, they let me know and they let me know how long it was going to be off. Basically, everything went very smoothly. I think he should be more careful with the quotes that he gives people because a lot of times people tend to only have the amount you quote them and a lot of times don't have any extra so I think he should be careful on the quoting.

I have a plumber that I use. I use ER Plumbing for my plumbing. I know them personally and I have always been fine with them. They are very professional. They are very timely and they provide good service.

Rob answered the phone right away (he's the R in ER) when I called. They came at the exact time they were scheduled and called first, like they always do. This is the third time I've had them do work for us. The last time was when the sump pump in the basement went out unexpectedly; this time it was for the three bathtubs and sinks draining slowly. Rob and Ed came out and got to work right away. They cleared all six items in around an hour. They cleaned up after themselves, so no messes to take care of. They also gave me some great advice on how to keep the drains clear now that they were completely open again. These guys are awesome, and they are the only ones I call for plumbing. They are reasonable and do great work. I feel lucky that my neighbor recommended them a couple of years ago.

I don?t remember the exact price and want to say it was under $100 for that work.

I called them and explained what was wrong, and they came and did the repairs the same day. Two of my neighbors have also used them and were both extremely happy!
