They build my pool 2 years ago it was monday when they started,first thing they did bobcat operator hit my flag pole I think he was on high or hangover.All workers and office staff especially managers are rude,not responding for phone calls,acting like they doing you mercy you paying them 70k to build your pool.My pool pump stop working is under warranty I called them 5-3 business days to come fix itOnly person was professional is Paull Bell salesman.Not recommending this company for anyone.5 minutes after finished pool asking for check but not fixed all issues they damaged on my property,very poor service

Let me first say that I have only, in my 42 years, ever taken the time to write a poor review one other time, for a hotel. That being said, I'm writing this to warn the public. This company seems to have gotten too big for their britches. My husband and I signed a contract, with the required down payment, a few weeks before our neighbors. Then, we find out that said neighbors were bumped up to have their pool installed in October, while our installation date remained in May. We were offered no apology, nor were we offered any compensation for the disrespect. We are being given our deposit back, but now my family and I are out a pool for next spring. I guess the other family was more important than us. We had high hopes as we had heard so many wonderful things about Caribbean. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service.

Went great. Had the guys come out and they were always prompt, professional, and informative. I'm one of the cheapest guys around, but I also understand you get what you pay for, so I was happy on both fronts. I won't call anyone else for any of our hottub/pool issues and neither should you

When we initially called them, it seemed like more of the same that we had been experiencing with others we had called; we can't get out there for 10-14 days, yada yada. When I tried to pinpoint a specific date, I was told they don't do that because these sorts of service calls required them to be in the area to do the free initial consultation. Since the hot tub was worth at least 5k, I agreed to wait and figured it was a lost cause anyway so whats the rush. 2 days later we received a call stating a technician would be out. Awesome. When our tech Mike came out, he was friendly and honest. He did the inspection and stated we only needed a small part (cost was $48 with labor being about $120). Erin from the Valpo location called to get my cc information to pay for the part and we got a call 2 days later stating Mike would be back the next day. Mike installed the part, filled the tub with water (from our hose), and had it up and running in no time. He even showed us the features and how to use it correctly. Folks, we all wish that we can get a great price with even better service, but often are disappointed. Usually the service is good, but the price is high. Worse yet, we don't know if we got ripped off because we don't know anything about the things we need fixed. No worries about either when it comes to Caribbean Pools, Inc. You'll get both in bunches! We couldn't be happier with the service and price. Highly recommended. We were so pleased that I even paid for lunch for Mike and his helper. Worth every...****....dime

All I was asking for at the time was a free estimate. It took them over a week to come and look and me calls were never returned. I had to call and push to get things going.When I never recieved an estimate after I got them to come out, I called about the estimate and I had to leave a message and they never returned a call back. I just recieved a letter in the mail today and it was an estimate.

it went fine, just expensive

The service repairmen arrived on time as they stated and completed the work without supervision. They completely drained and cleaned the hot tub, changed all the filters and cleaned up after themselves. My fiance' and I were so pleased and the staff were professional and frinedly.

They arrived on time and answered all questions clearly and completely. They professionally performed the pressure test in a timely fashion and in a friendly manner. Will use again.

They complied with all start and finish dates, not complaints!

THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND THEY TRY TO BE PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ATTENTIVE, BUT THEY DON'T REALLY FIT THE IDEA OF WHAT WE NEED. THEY ARE JUST TOO EXPENSIVE.
