Gerald Amber‘s is one of the best landlords ever as long as renters are respectful and take care of his property and pay the rent and bills. He has renters that have been with him for 20 years that speaks for itself. Every once in a while he will have a problem with drugs and trash on property then that becomes a problem so if you’re on drugs or associate with anyone on drugs do not apply for one of his houses.
