Description of Work: This was all over seven years ago but I called them for an estimate. He showed up, we talked, he left and I never heard from him again. Then a carpenter I was using sub-contracted his company. They removed a rain guard off the back where two roofs meet (one has a minimal slope) and didn't put it back on (the roof leaked at this junction the next heavy rain). They also knocked a sewer vent loose and the next rain water ran down the vent and into the attic insulation and then leaked into the house.

Description of Work: after five years i started to see wet spots in the ceiling, called and about 3 weeks later they come out and had to replace the roof and some of the wood, one year after that the same wet spots where back this time i replaced the roof myself
