+ -1 moreI went to look at a used manufactured home from this Baird's there was to be work done on the home like the skylight taken out and to make sure there was no water leaks and that the house was in livable shape. After a new roof was put on the skylight was still there and it took 4 months to get them to come back out to get it taken care of. I still have a water leak under my bathroom sink plus you cant flush to toilet and do the dishes at the same time my water pressure was fine in the other trailer that was on my property i have called time and time again and can't get any thing done Chad Rickard is the one who made the deal and didn't keep to it. I would never use this place again even if i had to sleep in a tent.,
