There was some streaking but generally did a good job. Not sure I would pay $300 to have it done again.

It went very well. I have no negative comments about them. They did a quick, efficient and thorough job so I was happy with their service. There was no problem with the first gentleman I spoke to with whom I actually made the appointment with. There were 2 guys who came here and I don't know if it's the one that I've spoken to because I can't recall but again, no problem. I felt that the price was reasonable. They were fine.

What a surprise! I will never wash my own windows again. Absolutely excellent service. I didn't have to lift a finger. I will highly recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

There had apparently been a glitch re. when they were to arrive. We had expected them between 11:00 and noon, but they arrived at around 1:00 p.m. This didn't interfere with our schedule very much though. Once they arrived, they went right to work, and went around and cleaned all of the accessible inside windows. Then they went around the outside of the house. Our house is two stories tall, and the ground slopes away from the outside walls, but they did the upstairs windows on a ladder. They were very pleasant young men and hard workers. The entire job took just over an hour. We were quite impressed with them.

They showed up a little ahead of the stated arrival time (which was more then OK with me). They were very professional in stating what they would be doing and the plan to accomplish the work. They paid attention to the details and were very neat in performing their work.

They are professional at this point. The owner came and gave me the estimate. We set an appointment on the actual work that would be done. I am not sure if I will be needing the service this year, but it is good to know that I have a ready reference. I appreciate his professionalism. He was punctual. We had a chance to talk when I have seen him. I got a follow up phone call and the appointment set.

Window Genie of Northwest Indiana does interior and exterior cleaning, They do concrete cleaning and exterior house washing and gutter protection, window tinting and safety security film, tile and grout sealing and custom windows blinds and screens, Gutter clean out, window screen cleaning, chandelier cleaning. They do kind of the things that are hard to find people to do. I used the for window cleaning and I use them for deck cleaning. They were just out here a couple weeks ago to clean my deck. And they are going to come again in June to do my windows. I spent $75 last time.

The technician arrived promptly at the the time of appointment scheduled. He was very friendly & professional. He did a great time of cleaning the windows inside & outside. I purchased an offer from Angie's LIst for the service at a discount. Great deal.

They did a good job. All the windows were all sparkling clean when they were done. They were here when they said they were going to be here, and they did what they have to do. Their service price is good.

He did a very good job and it took very little time as I have a RANCH house with a deck around half of it. He did not need a ladder at all.

They came on time. They told me on the phone I could do inside and out like I did last time or just the outside for half the price which I was happy to hear. They did a good job and did it in a timely manner.

Professional window cleaning is amazing. You cannot do it as well as they do. The glass disappears.

This went very good. Brian was our window/gutter tech. He cleaned the all our windows inside and out and also all the screens. He also did our patio door. We didn't see him for a while and wonder where he was. Then he came in the kitchen from the garage where he was cleaning the windows in the garage that we didn't even think of. Then he went back outside to clean the gutters. A great job and would definitely hire them again.

Very professional, in scheduling, re-scheduling if necessary, very professional employee doing the job. Excellent work all around. I spent a fortune on new windows three years ago, and I really enjoy seeing them clean, shiny and sparkling.Since I am now using them twice a year I am hoping for a small discount for my twice yearly cleaning. I am actively recommending them to neighbors and friends who can afford this service. I am hopeful that next spring they will also give a senior citizen discount to an elderly friend of mine. Great company, great job, great work, very professional both owners and workers. Employee was kind, considerate. polite, did a very good job. Scheduling was polite and easy. Great company, highly recommend.

The window cleaner arrived on time. We discussed what windows were to be washed. He completed the task quickly and efficiently. I have scheduled them to come back and do all the windows inside and out and to wash the exterior of the house.

I called them on a Wednesday and the very next day the 2-man crew was here to do the work. For the size of the house I felt the price was reasonable and everything went smoothly. No complaints at all, and would definitely use them again.
