Description of Work: Very difficult to get a hold of Genie. They have an answering machine but takes a few days to get back to you. Someone just hung up on me. That is not professional. They do a good job but hard to get scheduled or get the to respond.

Description of Work: My gutters were loaded with maple tree seeds, stuck in the gutter covers! Window Genie provided their team to completely and neatly clean them out. There was no damage to my surrounding garden/landscaping with the ladder either. The job was done rather quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again...Fall will be here in a 5 months = leaves!

Description of Work: I purchased the $75 coupon for the whole house window cleaning. At the appointed time, the window technician (Anthony) showed up right on time and ready to work. He was extremely efficient, cleaning both the insides and outsides of my windows, as well as the screens/sills. A very personable young man, and very respectful during his work. My windows now sparkle! I would definitely use this company again, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others, based on my experience.

I brokemy shoulder last year, so I would definitely use them again. The Man that washed the windows was very nice and personable. thank you

They were done in a little less than 2 hours what is what they estimated. I was very pleased with the service..I did have a coupon from Angies list so it was half price.

Description of Work: Sure seems like bait and switch!They quoted $150 over the phone based on number of windows and doors. I was asked if any windows came out. Some of our Pella windows do, which I confirmed. When the man came out he said the price doubled due to the removable Pella windows. Further he was not prepared to even complete the job as it required two employees and only one was sent. Clearly I felt taken advantage of and sent him away.

 + -1 moreEverything went exactly right. the compant exceeded my expectations, and I have already recommended them to two good friends of ours.
Description of Work: Two workers appeared right on time and got to work. One did the inside; the other the outside. in addition to washing the windows, the estimate included screens and sills. They did the total job in about the time I can do 3-4 windows inside and out. they had a nifty scrubbing tool; it worked quicker and more thoroughly than anything I have tried. the windows, sills, and screens look great. I asked them to be very careful not to disturb our many emerging spring plants and, unlike other times, nothing got "injured." I intend to use them again; in fact, there is a discount if you have the job done twice a year. I am always somewhat skeptical about a business I haven't used before, but this outfit was everything a homeowner would want working at his house.
