 + -1 moreIt didn't go well because I was quoted a price of 300.00 based on the work that I described to Erica.
Description of Work: They were suppose to do the cleaning of my furnace and air conditioner and install a "Bonding Jumper" on my water heater. When I spoke to the representative over the phone, Erica, and explained the job, she quoted a price of $300.00; however, when the technician came, he said that it wasn't on the work order and he couldn't perform the work. I paid the 300.00 and called the office to inquire why the bonding jumper was not done. The representative, explained that the person,Eric, that I had spoken to had given me the wrong information and they didn't do bonding jumpers. I'm disappointed because they quoted me a price based on performing all of the work.
