Mike responded right away and came out to look at the work at my earliest convenience. He was very polite and arrived at least 5 minutes early. He sent me a quote within 24 hours and performed the work the following week. I have an old house with old wiring so he encountered some unexpected difficulties but never complained. He stuck to his quoted cost and cleaned up after himself. He was very respectful while in my house and explained everything he did when he was all done. I will definitely do business with him again!

Mike responded to my call and came over to the house within 45 minutes to look at what I wanted to do, where it was at presently and where I wanted it to go upstairs. I wanted him to come after the movers brought all my desks and such upstairs. He came the next day promptly at 9 am. Mike and Matt had to drill into our brick on brick cinderblock home to get the lines into the bedroom where I was placing my office. They brought the wires around the house using other satellite wires to latch onto. Then, they did a nice 90 degree turn to bring the wires up about six inches so that the jack wasn't on the floor. It's situated nicely where it can't be seen behind the desk. Mike vacuumed up the plaster dust, threw away all the cut off extras from the jack install. Believe me, I didn't realize that this was going to be as stress free as it was. I'm so glad I checked out my Angie's List. And, because Mike is on Home Advisor, he was a double bonus as far as reading all his reviews. For the outside...I never seem to have anyone from ATT or Dish Satellite EVER cleanup their clippings. They always leave some end pieces fall where they may. Not, with LUMENARC ELECTRICAL! Matt cleaned up every bit of clippings that fell while he installed the wire at the boxes in the back of the house. Fantastic! There isn't anything I can say that I feel as a CON with this company. Prompt, friendly, hard workers that were able to fit my job in quickly so that I could be up and running for work without much delay, which there wasn't any.

The electrician called me back the same day I left a message. I was having trouble with a kitchen light fixture or the wiring in the kitchen. I only had Sunday and Tuesday off because of my work schedule. He offered to come out on a Sunday and was able to correct a wiring problem in the light fixture that day. I appreciated the quick work because I had a lot of things going on, including a family gathering, and you can't do much without lights in the kitchen!

Very good overall work and satisfied with the result

Mike was great! Very nice honest guy, explained everything he was doing, and even came back the next day with a cheaper quote than he original gave us because the cost of the supply's were less than expected. He was able to do the work for us right away and did an excellent job. We will for sure use him again!
