Purchased premium Medallion cabinets mid November. Communication was awful. Phone calls were returned days later if at all. Expensive mods were just "missed" and the wrong items were sent multiple times. I was sent to pick up one of the late components at the warehouse (1/2 hour drive) to find that no one knew what i was talking about. The Medallion rep came to my house and promised to correct the problems two months ago. Got some parts sent out eventually, but more rounds of incorrect parts and I still have not received the original mods that i ordered. (4 months since order, 2 months since rep came to my house). I have not received any follow up from him. Schilling tries to help, but if I don't initiate communication, it rarely happens They are all "cooperating", but nothing is moving fast. To communicate with Schilling, you must talk to your sales person only, no one else will help you, and they have limited hours, so good luck. Management corrections were limited or non-existent... All in all a very non-professional experience
