John was punctual, polite, and professional for both the estimate and the service itself. He responded promptly to voicemail messages. We were impressed by how well organized he had all of his tools and materials. He brought only what he needed into the house, and as soon as he was done using it, he would take it back out. He made no unnecessary mess at all. He laid down drop cloths before he began, and vacuumed up before he left. We appreciate the quality of his workmanship, as well--corners match up, no rough edges are exposed, etc. Very pleased.

John has done numerous remodeling projects for us over the years. He conducts himself in a very professional manner and completes his projects on schedule. We've recommended him to many neighbors and are happy to do so on Angie's List, too.

He installed a ceiling fan. He replied to my query quickly, had a low bid, and replied promptly to my questions. He installed the fan in a morning, my wife said he did a pretty quick job of it. Fan looks good, very quiet, no wobbles.

The repair went off without a hitch and he took time to explain how it works and what was done.

I hired John to assemble two sets of heavy shelves for use in a storage facility. He returned my call and did the work promptly, with a high degree of professionalism. I am very glad to have found him and plan to use him again.

Prices are fair for the detail and quality of the work. We are working on another project right now. John had done a number of projects for us and he is a very good craftsman. He always submits a drawing to us for our review and input and then incorporates our changes although this may take a little longer when its done. When its done its exactly what u agreed to in your last drawing. He is certainly not cheap but his prices are fair for the detail and quality of the work. We are working on another project right now.

So far he has been very responsive but the project is currently stalled due medical problems on my part. He has touched base with me several times to see if I can get the ball rolling again.

John was punctual and easy to work with. His 30 plus years of experience made it easy for him to repair a varied list of items because he had dealt with all those kinds of things before. His work was neat and he cleaned up after himself which was very much appreciated because I was cleaning and staging the house for sale. His competent workmanship and quiet demeanor reduced my high stress level at a stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants a job done efficiently and with no fuss.

we found john here and it took a little time to hook up with john as he was busy at that time bt eventually he cam to ur home and reviewed our various projects .... we prioritized them and he gave us a quote/estimate ............... he did the work ... it was perfect and at budget or slightly above we are having him do some more work for us shortly

My experience was so wonderful that in May he remodeled my upstairs bathroom. He is punctual and his work is impeccable. The most professional handy man I have ever used.

We needed to have several projects completed - plumbing issues, hanging shutters on an uncommon exterior surface and rebuild shed doors for us. In all instances he thought the problem through, made suggestions and delivered the work on time, within budget and built to last.

John does a wonderful job of taking car of issues around my mom's house, from repairing outdoor lighting to purchsing and installing a retractable garden hose. My mom gives John a call, John completes the work, and then he e-mails me an invoice.

He did an excellent job. He was very clean, quite, and respectful. He also put down drop clothes to ensure nothing got on the rest of the home. He stopped at a reasonable hour of the day. He did a good job.

John arrived promptly and demonstrated experience with the items that I gave him to complete. They were completely the same day in a professional manner. He honestly told me that a couple of items would require an HVAC company to inspect a situation further. He communicates well via email, which is important to me.

He was very good and he did a great job. He put in a new bathroom floor and he did very well. He had to remove some things in the bathroom. He had to rip out the tile and floor board. He put in a new floor board. He replaced the toilet and the sink and he put linoleum. The price was a little cheaper than I thought.

I got him from someone at church, and he had done a bathroom for them. He came in and finished the work for us in a very short period of time. The quality of his workmanship was really amazing. A professional painter that came in was just thrilled with what he saw. The painter said that he had nothing to do and that he could straight away prime and paint. John took extra care in choosing a trim work, and he did a lot of little things which made a big difference. He was always on time, and he left the house very neat at the end of each day. He was expensive, but he was worth it. We plan on using him again.
