"They canceled the day of my appointment. It was rescheduled. They usually give you a courtesy call the day before. When I called the morning of I asked who I was speaking to and he responded “Matt” not sure if that was his name. I asked about my appointment there was a silence and the call was disconnected. I called back several times only to go to voicemail. I call Lowe’s who contracted out the service only to be told my appointment was cancelled. Very unprofessional, based on my experiences I would not use their services or recommend them."
