Description of Work: I called them for support for my foundation.

Description of Work: they came out to look at a wall in the basement. They were honest and told me i needed brick work for a permanent fix. they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

Description of Work: Called to have them look at cracks in outside walkout basement walls, and also drywall cracks inside of house, and an estimate of any repairs that may have been needed. The sales manager, Paul Brower, was right on time. After he took measurements and inspected the cracks, he informed us that we really did not have that big a problem, and he would not recommend anything other than to have the cracks repaired, as opposed to tearing everything up and repairing it just to get the business. Very honest quote, and would use in the future if we had the need.

Description of Work: After receiving 3 estimates from 3 grade A companies listed by Angies List, we chose Acculevel to perform work on our basement. The spring rains showed us that we needed to address some water problems in our basement before they became full-fledged foundation problems. Acculevel presented us with a new process which was impressive in the presentation. They gave us the name of another family who had used this same procedure, so that we could ask them about their experience and impressions with the new procedure. We did talk to them. Acculevel also gave us a comprehensive plan for taking care of all of our basement water problems, and listed them in the order of importance. We chose to start with the highest concern on the hierarchy list and scheduled the work. Acculevel called a week before the scheduled time to see if they could come earlier, and it was ok with our schedule. Two of their workers came and did the needed work in a morning. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. My husband's only disappointment is that the company did not call after the work to see how satisfied we were with the work of their guys or to see if we had any questions or concerns.

Description of Work: Installed an interior perimeter drain, they also repaired four cracks on a concrete wall.

Description of Work: On 02/01/07 a email was sent for a "Request for Bid" for masonry work at my Church. In the email I requested a response if they did not intend to bid. In a follow-up call to the Company on 3/30/07 they advised that they do not do the type of work described in the RFB. We appreciated their response.
